If the issue persists, please create a new user account on your computer with admin rights and install the printer again. Product sold by third party: Please have the printer Off and disconnected during uninstallation. I have also turned off the Windows firewall. Any warranty support needed would be completed by the third party that sold the product. I have a new computer and downloaded the software and drivers full.

Michal, This does NOT solve the problem All forum topics Previous Topic Next Topic. Go to devices and printers, select any printer listed there and you will get some options on the top. The serial number provided does not match the previously selected product.
